TELLY bosses are looking for a puppeteer for a silent role, but applicants must be able to speak Gaelic.
The job is to help bring a giant Highland cow called Moo to life onscreen.

But the creators of CBBC Alba only want to hire someone who is fluent in Scottish, even though the successful candidate has never been heard on TV.
Producer Sarah MacKinnon said, “It’s very specialized and we can have our work cut out for somebody.
“There aren’t many Gaelic puppeteers out there.

“But the idea of ​​developing someone’s skills is an important part of the program.
“We want to give people with Gaelic the opportunity to further their careers and work with well-known puppeteers. “
The new Meaban’s Moo series features a puffin and his cow buddy who live in a fisherman’s shed.
It was imagined by Warrick Brownlow-Pike, who performs on Sesame Street and operates CBBC’s favorite Dodge T Dog.
The new recruit will be hired as an assistant.
Applicants are encouraged to submit a video of themselves, including a one-minute clip of a puppet, or their hand, lip syncing with a rhyme or song.
They should also add a short text about their experiences or interest in puppetry.
Filming for the show begins in Glasgow in September.
