Britain’s Got Talent hopeful Jimmy Tamley left viewers and judges alike hysterical with his initial audition, with him now in the semi-finals.

The comedic ventriloquist welcomed Amanda Holden and David Williams to the stage to include them in his hilarious routine.

He placed masks over each judge’s mouth, before checking them and pretending to voice David and Amanda.

Alesha Dixon burst out laughing, as Jimmy continued to control them, David being forced to dance ballet and even perform some sort of striptease.

As David stripped down to his pants and performed for fellow judge Simon Cowell, he left him in shock when he appeared to pull him down.

But some viewers thought Jimmy sounded familiar, while others recognized him for his years in the business.

Some fans may recall the comedian appearing on another TV show many years ago.

It even won the show in 1987, with Joe in second place.

His other credits include Sky TV’s Stand and Deliver and Channel 4’s Big Breakfast.

Simon said he has no recollection of seeing an act like his since the show started on ITV.

Jimmy received four yeses and sent it to the next round, leaving him delighted.

Viewers took to Twitter, many working where they had seen him before, while others praised his hearing.
